Pet Policy

Please contact our hospitality team at (304)466-8100 if you plan to bring your small dog (weighing under 35#) to stay at The Townhouse. You will be required to pay a $250 pet deposit which will be refundable once the property has been inspected and cleared after your stay. An additional non-refundable fee of $45 for the first night and $5 each additional night will be charged.

Your dog will be required to be on a leash at all times when outside. Your dog will be required to be on a leash when Guest House staff are on the premises.
